This Refund Policy applies to all course purchases made directly through Global Link Private Ltd. By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Our refund policy is designed to protect both learners and our business. We encourage all prospective students to read the course descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if the following conditions are both met:

You qualify for a refund if:
  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • You have accessed no more than 20% of the total course content

Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to a different payment card.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

A refund will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Refunds are not available if:
  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase date
  • You have accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • You have downloaded or obtained a certificate of completion
  • The course was purchased as part of a promotional or discounted offer where refunds were explicitly excluded
  • The refund request is made by a third party who did not make the original purchase

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that exceptional situations can arise. In the following cases, we will issue a full refund regardless of course access level or time elapsed:

  • The course becomes permanently unavailable due to a decision made by Global Link Private Ltd
  • A confirmed technical failure on our platform prevents you from accessing the course you purchased
  • A duplicate charge was made in error on your account

In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 working days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. We are unable to control or influence your bank's processing timescales.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed from our end.
