Global Link Private Ltd offers one-time course purchases — there are no subscriptions, memberships, or recurring billing arrangements. When you purchase a course, you receive immediate lifetime access to that course's materials.

Because of the digital nature of our products, our cancellation rights are closely linked to your level of course access at the time of the request.

All purchases made with Global Link Private Ltd are:

• One-time payments — you pay once per course
• Digital products — course materials are delivered electronically
• Lifetime access — once purchased, access does not expire
• Non-subscription — there are no recurring charges to cancel

As digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, your right to cancel is subject to the conditions below.

3. Cancellation Before Accessing the Course

If you wish to cancel your enrolment and you have not yet accessed any course content, you are entitled to a full cancellation and refund, provided your request is made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

In this case, your enrolment will be cancelled immediately and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

4. Cancellation After Accessing the Course

Once you have accessed course content, the following applies:

• If you have accessed up to 20% of the course and it is within 14 days of purchase — a full cancellation and refund may be granted at our discretion
• If you have accessed more than 20% of the course — cancellation of access is not available and no refund will be issued
• If it has been more than 14 days since purchase — cancellation is not available regardless of access level

This policy exists because digital course content is delivered and consumed immediately, and we must balance learner rights with the costs of producing quality educational materials.

Global Link Private Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend a learner's account and access in cases of:

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of our platform
• Unauthorised sharing of course access or content
• Abusive behaviour towards our staff or other learners

In such cases of termination due to misconduct, no refund will be issued. We will provide reasonable notice unless the breach is severe.
